Dec 30, 2011 - Dota2 isn't free. You must pay to be able to play. It is currently in Beta. Those with a beta key are able to play. DOTA2 is set to be released next year.

Mar 27, 2012 - Really? Because Dota came before League, and people who designed Dota made league to pass the time to Dota 2, which is clearly better. Why is it that Dota 2 takes less time to load, looks better, plays better, and has WAY more content than LoL, yet League takes forever to load for everyone? Sounds like you're an idiot :)
