Ofc his ulti + hood would give him more regen but maybe you dont want to use his ulti all the time (in fact you cant use it all the time because of cd). With perse he can spam his casts whenever he wants to. BF gives good farm and Linkens gives good survivability if you need to go for linkens. And plz tell me why i misinterprete the role of alchi if i die so few? fuckin scrub
